The Sager family is from upstate New York & Vermont but have been native to Lake Cumberland since 1996. Since then ADS Designs have designed 1,000+ homes locally and in New England. We have contributed back to the community by being a part of many local activities, groups, and the Chamber of Commerce.
Susan & James Sager – Owners
James – Graduated from Paul Smith’s College, Upstate New York, Also Taught Design at Fulton–Montgomery Community College in Johnstown, New York.
Susan – Studied Business at University of Hartford, CT.
Over 50 years of experience and successful business. With more than 1,000 homes under our belts. We are proud owners of ADS Designs.
With a happy marriage of 40 years and our beautiful daughter.
Katie Sager – Understudy
After two years studying at University of the Cumberlands, Katie Mae transferred back to Somerset Community College where she studied Architecture. Graduating with an Associates of Arts and a certificate in AutoCAD Design and Architectural Design.
Helps run the business by taking on the day to day task. While James is busy she takes on the task of drawing designs and drawing revisions. Katie is
